Tolpia hainanensis is a moth of the Micronoctuidae family. It is known from Hainan in China.
The wingspan is about 14 mm. All crosslines are brown, indistinct, with a black costal spot. The terminal line is marked by black interneural spots. The hindwing is dark brown. The underside is unicolorous brown.
